Terms of Service

Coastline Tape Co. sells curated adhesive tape kits and optional memberships. By placing an order you accept these terms. All prices are shown and charged in US dollars (USD).

An order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order (for example if an item is unavailable or a pricing error occurs) and will refund any payment taken. Prices, kit contents and specifications may change over time; the details shown at the time of your order apply.

Tape performance — adhesion, weather resistance, heat tolerance and holding strength — varies with surface, temperature, cleanliness and how the tape is applied. Specifications and “suitable surface” guidance on each kit are general indications, not an absolute guarantee of performance in your specific use.

Our products are ordinary household, craft and industrial tapes. They are not medical devicesand are not intended for any medical, first-aid, athletic-therapy or therapeutic use, and we make no health claims. Mounting and load-bearing tapes must be used within their stated weight limits; exceeding those limits is at your own risk.

Some kits contain small parts or cutting tools. Keep small parts away from young children. Craft kits marked for children should be used with adult supervision, and cutters should only be handled by, or under the supervision of, an adult. Follow any age guidance shown on the kit.

Membership tiers (Maker Club and Studio Club) are optional, recurring subscriptions billed in USD monthly or yearly through Stripe. Membership provides member pricing and a monthly physical tape drop for that billing period. Benefits are not credits or stored value, do not roll over, and cannot be exchanged for cash. You may cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the current billing period. See the Refund Policy.

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to misuse our content or systems. We sell only ordinary, unrestricted tape products. See our Acceptable Use Policy.

Delivery timeframes and costs are shown at checkout and on our Shipping & Delivery page. Your return and refund rights are set out in our Refund Policy, which does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

The site, brand, text, imagery and design are owned by or licensed to COASTLINE ADHESIVE TAPES LIMITED. You may not copy or reuse them without permission. Any content you submit is covered by our Content License.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for misuse of a product contrary to its stated specification or safety guidance. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Accounts and orders are for adults. Under-13s may not create an account; 13–17 year-olds must have a parent or guardian’s consent to order.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to you locally.
